In the year 1986, the Church’s Auxiliary for Social Action (CASA) initiated the development activities in Bheluadanga under Development Programme in NORTH EAST India in cooperation with North Bank Baptist Christian Association NBBCA. As a apart of te process, a District Level Committee was formed to plan and implement the development activities within 21 selected villages. Through the process of development, the district level committee promoted as full-fledged organization by acquiring the legal status in the name of "DISTRICT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME" (DCDP). In the year 1997-98 to carry forward the process of development activities with the objectives framed in the constitution.
